Jessica West – Resident Editor Extraordinaire
In 2014, my writing began to shift into editing. I incorporated a critique group into my priority list. If a writer buddy needed a beta read, I jumped at the chance to apply a critical eye as well as positive reinforcement to the task. With every project I worked on, whether I was writing or offering constructive criticism, I aimed to improve my craft. Becoming an editor was never my goal, but as I learned more about the mechanics of writing, a natural evolution took place. My editing skills grew at a much more rapid pace than my writing skills did.
Since 2014, I’ve edited 5 anthologies, over a dozen novels, and countless independent short works from authors like Alex Nader, Meg Collett, Ken Mooney, Samuel Peralta, and Susan Kaye Quinn.

Rebecca Poole – Cover Designer of Extraordinary Power
The phrase “never judge a book by its cover” has been thrown around quite a bit, but if you’re honest with yourself, you DO judge a book by its cover. How many of us have purchased a book SOLELY based on the cover? I know I have.
I’ve been an avid reader since I was child. That love for reading has bloomed into creating pieces of art that reflect the magic inside of books. Here at Dreams2media, I strive to provide my clients with high quality covers that they would be proud to display on their books. Each book is a work of art that deserves to have a cover that reflects that.
I offer many services from book covers (print and digital), interior formatting, book trailers, posters, logos and business card designs, and other conceptual designs that work towards promoting your work. You worked hard to create your novel…let me work hard to bring it to life visually. If you can dream it, we can do it!

The Unflappable Assistant and Pav Wrangler
Naomi Leadbeater (also known as g-nome and Gnu) grew up in Southern Manitoba quite literally on the 49th parallel and made Brandon, Manitoba their home after finishing a Music Degree in 2003. Naimeless has been a restaurant manager, a shoe salesperson, a customer service person of various sorts, editor in chief of The Quill and acquired a few more degrees. Currently, Gnu is enrolled at Brandon University in Graduate Studies for a Masters in Music Education and working as the staff instructor for Brandon University’s Mini University.
In her personal world, she’s cat herder, whip lady, and taskmaster. Her uncouth and dead-pan sense of humour serves the FMP crew well..when they’re not being naughty. She does everything from emails, task-lists, project management, website editing, content and line editing, and well pinch-hitting left right and centre. You’d think she’d be great at sports judging by her ability to juggle, but alas Gnu is every bit as nerdy as her nickname implies.
